A flagship-grade smartphone storefront paired with a back-office that controls 100% of the site — no code required. The storefront is dark, cinematic and conversion-focused: an animated CMS-driven hero, scroll-told sections, smooth reveals, parallax, magnetic buttons, light/dark theming, product variants with live pricing, compare, wishlist, cart drawer and multi-step checkout. The matching admin CMS lets a non-technical owner run products, media, hero slides, menus, pricing, inventory, orders and appearance from one place. Built dependency-light on Node/Express + EJS with a custom JSON datastore, so it installs and runs with zero external services.

Most small retailers are stuck between rigid template stores they can't fully control and custom builds that need a developer for every change. The client needed a store that looked like a premium product launch yet could be operated end-to-end by non-technical staff — editing the hero, swapping product photos, setting per-variant prices, reordering sections and running promotions without ever touching code or paying for SaaS add-ons.
We treated the CMS as the product. Every visible element — hero slides (PNG upload, image scale, floating tags, product links), product galleries (drag-to-reorder, set-primary, focal-point cropping, video), variants with individual pricing, navigation menus and theme colors — is editable in admin and reflected instantly on the storefront. On the front end we hand-built a lean, dependency-free motion system (reveal-on-scroll, parallax, magnetic CTAs, page transitions) and a clean light/dark theme with a slider toggle. A custom atomic JSON datastore keeps the whole app installable with one double-click, so it's fast, portable and free to run
